Sugar Daddies by Jade West

If you’re a regular here at KUBR, you know that I like sex in my books. Slow burn just ain’t my thing. And fade-to-black? No thanks. I have my favorite writers of those really intense sex scenes, but I honestly find that oftentimes, if the sex is REALLY, REALLY hot, the story just isn’t there and if the story is amazing, well then, the sex might be great, but it’s not crazy, sexy, hot, unless it’s a darker read. In fact, I started a book a few days ago that had a taboo-type twist to it and while the sex was hot, it was a DNF for me. The story just wasn’t there and after 50% in, I had zero investment in the characters and what happened to them.

Well, I found a unicorn this weekend thanks to, Blair, one of the regulars in KUbbies’ Korner. She’d heard about Sugar Daddies in K Webster’s group and after reading the blurb, I immediately downloaded it and started reading. I read it in less than 24 hours. I couldn’t put it down. Let me stop here for a second and just say that there are a few things in here sexually that I honestly have never read about in a book before, so if you’re not comfortable pushing the sex-in-books envelope, this might not be the book for you.

Sugar Daddies by Jade West is the story of Carl + Rick + Katie. Carl + Rick are partners and are looking for a third. They find Katie through a website that connects women with sugar daddies, hence the title. Sugar Daddies is an MMF and it is hands down, one of the hottest books I’ve ever read. It should seriously come with a warning label {which, coincidentally, it actually does in its Amazon blurb}. Now, if it ended there, I’d rate this one a Read It and continue on my reading journey. But it does not end there.

The story, the character development, the writing – it’s ALL there. The love, the connection, the growth – yep, all there. I’m a lifelong insomniac and anytime that I woke up in the middle of the night, I read until I fell back asleep. I had to know what happened to these three. I wanted to know it all. And when it ended, I wanted more.

Whether you’ve never read an MMF (but are open to it…and a bit more sexually) or it’s totally your thing, do yourself a favor and read this book.

As of 7.18.16, Sugar Daddies is available on Kindle Unlimited.

I love that you loved this book! Just wanted to offer one clarification. K Webster mentioned this book on a Walsh Groupie’s post. The book cover, blurb and the post comments made me take a look. I downloaded it immediately!

And thanks for the link for K Websters group! I have no idea why I wasn’t a member yet.
