KU Sunday Spotlight by KUBR + OCA

Hey there, KUbbies + Addicts! It’s Sunday and I know you know what that means—it’s time for the KU Sunday Spotlight, brought to you by KU Book Reviews + the One-Click Addict Support Group. This week, I have a sexy Southern boy for you to read, so get ready to fall in love. And, as always, enjoy!

It’s not just his looks or his southern charm—it’s the whole package, who he is, that attracted my attention. Pure southern attraction.
Or maybe I should say distraction.

If sexy Southern boys are your thing—and honestly, even if they’re not—then I really hope you’ve taken the time to check out Kaylee Ryan’s Southern Heart series. Because there, you’ll find them in abundance. And it’s a wonderful thing.

Southern Attraction is the third book set in this small Kentucky town {though, yes, they can be read standalone} and it’s another light and fun read. Also, it’s hot. It’s deliciously hot.

Do you need further endorsement? Hmm, let’s see.

The story of Mike + Jamie, Southern Attraction is a sweet slow burn. They’re thrown into each other’s path by mutual friends and an upcoming wedding, and I really enjoyed the ease of their connection, the way their insta-lust and palpable attraction grew bit by bit. It made for super enjoyable reading. And while there were some repetitive moments, for the most part, this one kind of just . . . flowed.

And made me a wee bit swoony, TBH. Which is what I’ve come to expect from Ms. Ryan. I love the way she writes her heroes—dominant but caring, charming and kind—and Mike is no exception. He’s all the right words in just the right package—just as Evan and Aaron were before him—and a girl’s heart can only handle so many sweet sentiments and tender moments before she melts into a happy puddle.

Which is part of what makes Southern Attraction and its two predecessors the perfect lazy afternoon reads. They’re not taxing—maybe even a little fluffy—and they have humor and heart and heat. They’re delightfully low-angst, which means it’s all good feels, all the time.

Not to mention, they have those sexy Southern boys. And if that’s not enough of an endorsement, I don’t know what is . . .

No, the only danger I’m in is losing my heart to him. I’m fighting the pull, but he’s too much. He’s more than I expected and everything I ever wanted all in one hot-as-hell package.
I’m in trouble.

As of 11.19.2017, Southern Attraction and the Southern Heart series are available with Kindle Unlimited.
